Brother is a raw and deeply moving story about two brothers forced to grow up too quickly, a mother trying to break free from a violent past, and the fragile hope that survives even in the harshest circumstances. The cast includes Agnieszka Grochowska, Julian Świeżewski, Tomasz Schuchardt, Jacek Braciak, and two remarkable newcomers — Filip Wiłkomirski and Tytus Szymczuk. From the moment the project was announced, Brother drew significant attention thanks to its screenplay by Maciej Sobieszczański and Grzegorz Puda, which won the 14th Krzysztof Kieślowski ScripTeast Award for the best script from Eastern Europe.
